I help energy and infrastructure projects manage the stakeholder, political, and regulatory dynamics that decide whether they get built. A decade in state and federal energy policy, spanning lobbying, campaigns, and multi-state HVDC transmission, taught me that the technical case is rarely what kills a project. My Duke research studied why transmission projects fail and what helps them get built. The Daily Mine grew out of that work.
